Our Story
WrapUp is a social enterprise founded by mother-daughter team, Uzma and Aimah Moiz based in Karachi, Pakistan – a city currently ranking as the 5th least livable city in the world. We aim to eliminate Karachi’s street-waste problem through transforming non-recyclable post-consumer wrapper waste into premium fashion accessories. Our multi-pronged approach addresses the city’s waste management issues through education, economic empowerment, and creative innovation.

Uzma, a crafter and Ikebana artist, infuses her creativity and lifetime passion for sustainability into WrapUp’s designs, ensuring each piece is a functional and original work of art.
Aimah Moiz
Co-founder/Chief Executive Officer
Aimah, an industrial physicist and environmentalist, combines her scientific expertise with a track record of driving innovative solutions to environmental issues. She leads WrapUp’s funding, partnerships, and business development.
